Diverse Tuition is a platform designed to help our hand-picked tutors to showcase their skills – it has also been designed to help students to find the best possible tutor for them. Diverse Tuition offers a convenient scheduling system for easy booking and secure payment processing.

All the tutors featured on our site are self-employed, Diverse Tuition provides a platform but does not employ tutors.

Once a tuition session has been booked it can be cancelled at any time up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Sessions may not be cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before they were due to start, and no refund will be made for sessions that the student does not attend.

If a student is running late but does not miss the entire session they may join the session late and make use of the remainder of the allotted time.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they have a suitable internet connection and a suitable device with which to access the session. No refund will be made for sessions missed either partially or completely due to student internet issues or hardware issues.

Please inform us within 48 hours if there were any issues with your tuition session.

A full refund will be issued if for any reason the tutor is unable to deliver a scheduled session.
